WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER
Every shirt is unique in its own way! With that being said, sizes aren't guaranteed. The shirts are the fitted style and cut a size big. We recommend you go up a size for loose fit and down a size for a fitted look. We do offer plus size for those who prefer their shirts to fit loosely. Unisex shirts are fit to size. You can also go to our Size charts for further assistance; listed at the bottom of our website. HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY SHIRTS? WILL THEY SHRINK?
The best way to care for your shirts is to machine or hand wash them inside out in cold water. Since all of the shirts have a percentage of cotton, they will tend to shrink a little after being washed and dried. For less shrinkage, dry on low or hang dry. I actually hang dry my t-shirts :) 
 

 I RECEIVED MY TEE AND IT HAS A FAINT VINEGAR-LIKE SMELL?
Each shirt is sprayed with a pre-treat to allow the print to adhere to the product. If your shirt has a faint vinegar-like smell it means that the printer sprayed more pre-treat on your tee than usual. The smell is usually unnoticeable. But if you notice yours don't worry; It is easily removed with a cold wash.

SHIPPING POLICY

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ITEM TO ARRIVE?

Apparel and Accessories
Once we receive your order, your order will be processed within 3-5  business days. All orders are shipped via USPS 2-3 priority shipping. It can take up to 2 weeks for shipping since all items are custom printed especially for you. Delays can occur, due to the manufacturer, holidays, etc.  You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped. Orders are only processed on business days Monday through Friday. Saturday and Sunday are NOT considered business days. 
**Holidays we urge you to order in advance to receive your items in a timely fashion** Holidays are extremely busy and heavy with orders.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
YES!!!! We NOW offer international shipping. Internationally shipped orders may take longer depending on the destination. All orders are shipped via USPS 2-3 priority shipping. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped. 
HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
 You will receive tracking alerts on your package via email. Also, You can track the status of your order anytime by emailing our customer support desk at (info@simplyvb.com) We will get back to you during business hours or within 48 Hours. 

RETURN POLICY
DO YOU OFFER RETURNS?
We strive to only provide our customers with the highest quality products, therefore each item is inspected before it leaves the warehouse. If by any chance, you receive an item that is defective, we will offer a replacement or store credit if the defect is reported within 48 hours of receiving your package and if you can prove that it was defective upon receiving. 
Returned orders will be reshipped at your expense if approved by management.
 
WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?
We only replace items if they are defective as stated above. We do not offer size, color exchange nor honor products ordered in error; please ensure everything is correct prior to placing your order.
